Rights of Tenderers

An applicant for participation in a tender is entitled:

• to receive information on terms and conditions of tendering from the Organizer (except for confidential information or the Customer’s trade secrets);

• to amend, withdraw an application or add new information to it (no later than 7 days) before a submission deadline;

• to consult or address the Organizer with questions regarding tender documents;

• to receive a brief summary of reasons for the rejection and/or loss of the application from the Organizer. In this case, the Tenderer has no right to require information about the members of the Tender Board.

Procurement information on the official website of KAMAZ PTC is not a public offer. Proposals received from potential contractors shall entail no obligations for KAMAZ PTC to accept these proposals and other legal obligations.
