Concrete Pump by TZA for Moscow

20 January 2017

Tuimazinskiy Zavod Avtobetonovozov, a subsidiary of KAMAZ PTC (part of Rostec State Corporation) in Bashkiria, delivered the first line concrete pump - CityPump on the KAMAZ-43253 chassis to Moscow's large construction company.

TZA's client under this transaction is MasterStroy which acquired special equipment designed for the needs of enterprises engaged in construction in megalopolises. The CityPump is intended for laying ready-mixed concrete and operating in confined spaces: in tunnels, on bridges and at parking lots, in facilities with intensive infrastructure.

The peculiarity of the concrete pump is that it does not have a hydraulic boom, and concrete is supplied through a set of concrete pipes. The operating range of the standard concrete conveying pipeline is 75 meters of length. The special equipment is mounted on KAMAZ chassis and equipped with Euro-4 Cummins engines.

For the first time this model of the concrete pump was presented at the exhibition CTT-2016, in Moscow last spring and aroused great interest among builders. The plant plans to expand the proposed model range and master the production of special equipment with domestic components maximizing the local content of products made within Bashkiria.
