KAMAZ-LEASING again receives applications under the state subsidy program of initial payment - Subsidized Leasing.
The program designed to support the vehicle leasing market as part of the overall state support of the automotive industry was launched for the first time in the spring of 2015. It showed good results and was prolonged to the following year. During the recent meeting with the President, Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, confirmed the intention of the Russian Government of the RF to prolong the program for 2017 too. More than 60 billion rubles will be allocated to support the automotive industry, including Subsidized Leasing.
The terms of the program, according to preliminary data, didn't change essentially: an advance payment under the lease agreement is no less than 10% and not more than 50% of the value of the vehicle, the discount cannot exceed 500 thousand rubles for one truck. The leasing contract in this case must be concluded not earlier than January 1, 2017.
