Director General of KAMAZ PTC Sergey Kogogin gave a big new year's interview where he answered questions from the corporate media about the outcome of the 2018 and plans for the new 2019.
Speaking about the results of the outgoing year, the head of the auto giant noted that 2018 was largely decisive for the company. The expansion of the model line, the entry into the electric bus market, the construction of the cab frames plant – all this events laid the foundation for the further development of KAMAZ in the coming years. There were difficulties beyond the control of the team of the company. But there is confidence that in the next year successes will be better.
Next year is the anniversary year for KAMAZ. Thus, the leadership of the auto giant has great plans and hopes to get a boost in the development of the social sphere: to change Chelny from city for work into the city for life. Sergei Kogogin noted that the work is not momentory to the date "50", it will take five years.
