At KAMAZ with a business visit was the delegation of the state Corporation Rosatom.
The delegation includes representatives of companies from six divisions of Rosatom: mining, fuel, electricity, nuclear weapons complex, as well as divisions of the final stage of the life cycle, science and innovation. The main purpose of the visit is to get acquainted with the best practices of KAMAZ and discuss the prospects of cooperation.
During the visit, the guests visited the training center KAMAZ – «Process simulation Factory». KAMAZ residents told about the trainings held here aimed at optimizing the logistics processes between the supplier and the consumer, increasing productivity, applying the principles of lean production in office and production processes.
In the afternoon, the members of the delegation visited the automobile plant, wh ere they got acquainted with the work of the main assembly line and the assembly line of cabins. They were shown the changes that took place at the plant in preparation for the production of K5 generation cars. The guests also visited KAMAZ-Motorsport, the home of the KAMAZ-master sports team.
The visit ended with a round table. In their speeches, the specialists of the host party spoke about the company's experience in the development of strategic planning, marketing, advanced solutions in the field of project and investment management, as well as the Production system KAMAZ.
