The Russian Ministry of Labour and Social Protection is staying with a working visit at KAMAZ (part of Rostec State Corporation).
The delegation includes Irina Voloshina, Director for Development of Professional Skill System at FSBI VNII of Labour, the Russian Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, and Klara Tazetdinova, Deputy Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan. The aim of the visit is to get acquainted with career guidance work and grounds for assessment of the employees' skills.
The business program was opened with a visit to KAMAZ's corporate educational center - Regional Institute of Advanced Technologies and Business, and also Quantorium children's technopark. Besides, the delegation is to visit the Multifunctional Center of Mechanical Engineering Practical Skills and get acquainted with potentials of this innovation educational institution which is as close to production as possible and meant for skill and new job trainings. To add to this, the guests will visit Saulyk health complex where PROFdvizheniye-2017 All-Russian Youth Carreer Guidance Forum organized by KAMAZ with the support of Tatarstan's Government is being held on these days.
The working visit will be crowned with negotiations with the planned participation of Aleksandr Ushenin, Deputy Director General of KAMAZ PTC for Human Resource Management and Organizational Development.
