KAMAZ AND ROS AGRO PLC SIGNED COOPERATION AGREEMENT

Today KAMAZ PTC and ROS AGRO PLC have signed an agreement on long-term cooperation at the 2018 Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum.

The document was signed by Sergey Afanasiev, KAMAZ PTC Deputy General Director for Sales and Service, and Vadim Moshkovich, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ROS AGRO PLC. The agreement is aimed at building strategic partnership, developing long-term efficient cooperation to make the vehicle fleet ROS AGRO PLC has in Russian regions efficient, reliable and safe due to the use of vehicles produced by KAMAZ PTC.

Under the agreement, the partners plan to deliver serial and special KAMAZ vehicles to ROS AGRO PLC. The vehicles are supplied by KAMAZ Trade and Finance Company. Besides, the agreement stipulates the delivery of gas-powered vehicles complying with the latest Euro 5 emission standards. KAMAZ is to develop and produce new vehicles for transportation in the agricultural industry in order to develop the partner's fleet. To add to this, under the agreement, the life cycle of trucks belonging to one of the largest Russian agricultural holdings will be developed and introduced.

"The expansive lineup of KAMAZ trucks includes up-to-date vehicles designed to operate in the agricultural industry and characterized with high performance," said Sergey Afanasiev. "Apart from deliveries of serial vehicles, we are ready to assist in promoting the partner's business by developing new models of truck specifically for the needs and expectations of ROS AGRO PLC and ensure their maintenance via dealerships of KAMAZ PTC for the whole operational period."

"We intend to add gas-powered KAMAZ trucks to the vehicle fleet of our agricultural business. This will enable us to enhance productivity and lower expenditures and the prime cost of end products," said Vadim Moshkevich.
