During the 2018 Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum, KAMAZ PTC and the Government of Udmurtia signed an agreement on cooperation in supplies of products by regional enterprises to the leader of the Russian truck production.
The agreement signed became one of steps in view of the company's preproduction of K5 generation KAMAZ trucks the serial production of which will be launched by the auto giant in 2019. According to the document, Udmirtia's enterprises will supply products to KAMAZ. The matter is about the products of Izhstal and other regional companies.
The agreement gives Udmurtia an opportunity to expand deliveries of industrial products to KAMAZ. Thus, direct contacts with the company, not through intermediaries, bring the Republic's companies big profits, new jobs and more taxes to the budget of Udmurtia. Financial results of the agreement will be calculated this autumn. According to projections, the sum to be received by regional industrial enterprises will number dozens of millions of rubles.
