Today, on June 25, the first meeting of the new composition of the Board of Directors of KAMAZ PТC after being elected at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the company took place in Naberezhnye Chelny. The meeting was chaired by Sergey Chemezov, Director General of Rostec State Corporation.
The key item on the agenda was the issue of electing the Chairman of the Board of Directors of KAMAZ PТC. Sergey Chemezov, a member of the Board of Directors of KAMAZ PТC, was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of KAMAZ PТC. Within the framework of the event, information on the implementation of the Business Plan of the group of organizations of KAMAZ PТC for five months of 2021 was heard and taken into account.
In addition, two reports were discussed: «On the growth of the business of KAMAZ PТC due to the implementation of promising product projects» and «On the implementation of projects of KAMAZ PJSC in the field of engineering education».
