Only those Tenderers who meet the requirements of KAMAZ PTC’s normative documents are allowed to pretend to conclude a contract with the Customer.

When purchasing, the Customer has the right to set out the requirement that the Tenderers are not recorded in the register of unfair suppliers which is being kept in accordance with Federal Law No. 94-FZ of July 21, 2005 “On Placement of Orders to Supply Goods, Carry Out Works and Render Services for Meeting State and Municipal Needs” (hereinafter the federal register of unfair suppliers) as well as in the register of unfair suppliers under Article 5 of Federal Law No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 “On Procurement of Goods, Works, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities”.

An applicant receives the status of the Tenderer having issued and filled out necessary tender documents in accordance with the requirements of KAMAZ PTC.

The Tenderer is obliged to fill out an application for participation in a tender in accordance with a form set out in the tender documents. It shall follow from the text of the application that its filing is an acceptance of the Organizers’ all terms, without any changes.

Documents required for participation in competitive bidding

The Tenderer shall bear all costs and risks associated with the participation in the tender. The Organizer will in no case be reliable or responsible for these costs regardless of the conduct and outcome of the tendering process.

The Tenderer shall be solvent and not in the process of liquidation. Legal entities and individuals against which an insolvency (bankruptcy) notice is filed with the arbitration court of the Russian Federation are not allowed to take part in a tender, the participant’s activity shall not be suspended as established by the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.

The Tenderer is obliged to make all budgetary tax payments and mandatory payments to the state non-budgetary funds.

The Tenderer shall possess equipment, physical facilities, specific experience and reputation, the personnel, financial and other resources to perform the contract and comply with occupational health and safety standards.

Companies that have direct business relationships or financial interdependence as expressed in the form of deeds of foundation, financial participation, a holding company or bear other signs of affiliation are not allowed to participate in the tender.
