ADDITIONAL SOCIAL PACKAGE FOR KAMAZ EMPLOYEES

KAMAZ PTC (part of Rostec State Corporation) approved the Regulation on the additional social package for key employees in accordance with the Profession approach according to the Cafeteria principle.

According to the document, KAMAZ workers who influence the quality of products to the full extent (exactly these workers play the main role in the company's production process) can choose one of the categories of personal expenses and compensate for it. One can compensate expenses for medical treatment/medical examination, membership in a fitness club, payment for training, recreation (in sanatoriums of the Russian Federation or abroad), keeping a child in a kindergarten, payment for housing and communal services.

The right to receive an additional benefit is given to workers once a year. The compensation is paid for one type of employee expenses for the period from January 1 to November 15 of the current year, and its size depends on the time of employment at KAMAZ. Only those employees who do not have disciplinary penalties and cases of administrative liability in connection with their work activities will be able to receive a benefit. Also this year, it cannot be claimed by KAMAZ workers who are employed after October 15 or dismissed from October 15 this year.

In order to receive compensation from the Cafeteria, the employees must apply to their HR department with a copy of the document confirming the fact of expenses until November 15. The compensation will be paid no later than November 25, 2017 simultaneously with a salary.
