During their working visit to Tatarstan, the Hungarian government delegation accompanied by Timur Samatov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, toured KAMAZ (part of Rostec State Corporation).
The delegation arrived at KAMAZ mainly to hold negotiations on cooperation. Minister of State for Economic Regulation István Lepsényi, Consul General of Hungary in Kazan Adam Stifter, and Attache for Foreign Economic Affairs Zsolt Spindler were among the guests. The members of the foreign delegation visited Federal Mogul JV, got acquainted with the KAMAZ engine assembly and the new R6 engine assembly, and also visited the new plant for production of cab frames for K5 trucks where equipment will be installed in early November.
The business program was crowned with negotiations with the participation of Sergey Kogogin, General Director of KAMAZ.
