The annual productivity-linked bonus will be given to KAMAZ workers: the bonus of a month salary will be given to the company's employees already in January together with the wages for December.
Sergey Kogogin, Director General of KAMAZ PTC, approved the decision of the Management Board on payment of bonuses for work in 2017. The top managers of subsidiaries were also suggested that they should pay bonuses to their employees.
This is not the first time KAMAZ pays year-end bonuses. Earlier, the workers were paid a half of rates or wages for their work in the previous year.
