KAMAZ Will Share Experience in Anti-Corruption Activity

Experts of KAMAZ PTC (part of Rostec State Corporation) will participate in the All-Russian Scientific-Practical Conference on Topical Issues of the Development of Anti-Corruption Standards and Their Application which is to be held in Kazan on the 31st of May.

The compliance control system applied in the company will be presented in the report Introduction of Anti-Corruption Standards at Industrial Enterprises on the Example of KAMAZ PTC. The auto giant has been working In this area for almost fifteen years already, and the compliance system approved by the company has been in force since 2012. In particular, the experts will tell about the Hotline working in the company for more than five years: a lot of violations have been revealed with the help of anonymous messages for this period. 

Anti-cupportion leaflets, posters and other propaganda materials prepared by the Department of Resource Protection of the auto giant will be distributed at the conference to illustrate another successful area. All employees, but not only compliance experts, are engaged in this activity: a competition for the best corruption fight visualization is regularly carried out at the enterprise, and the winning anti-corruption appeals are distributed in KAMAZ subdivisions.

The All-Russian Scientific-Practical Conference on Topical Issues of the Development of Anti-Corruption Standards and Their Application is one of events under the National Plan for Corruption Fight for 2016-2017 approved by Decree of Russia's President Vladimir Putin. The experts of the Presidential Anti-Corruption Directorate, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, and also representatives of scientific organizations working in this sphere will participate in the event.
