New Educational Directions in MTsPK

The Multifunctional Center for Applied Qualifications in the Machine Building, a joint project of KAMAZ (part of Rostec State Corporation) and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, will open new educational directions. 

A training in industrial alpinism popular in the republic is to start in the Multifunctional Center for Applied Qualifications in the Machine Building (MTsPK) already in May. A ground for this purpose will be in the basement of the educational center the hight of which is five and a half meters. Necessary equipment is now being purchased. And from September, together with the Technical College named after V.D. Potashov, a training in Industry Robotics will start. This is a program important for KAMAZ because the company is now considering options of production reequipment with the use of robotic centers. They are already being used at several plants.

Despite the fact that the training process was launched in 2016, the shops are still being reequipped. The first batch of equipment worth RUB 15 mln has recently arrived. These are training simulators for assembly, electric engineering and electrics. A paint-spraying booth was another long-awaited acquisition. This is a unique craftwork customized for the workshop Painting, Encapsulation and Geometry Recovery. This booth and a pre-paitning zone are being installed now.  

It should be mentioned that 11,500 people have already been trained in MPTsK, most of them studied Industrial Safety and Labour Protection. The main focus is made on short-term programs in the training center.
