The All-Russian Youth Career Guidance Forum PROFdvizhenie-2017 organized by KAMAZ PTC (part of Rostec State Corporation) in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan was opened in Naberezhnye Chelny.
This event has been held by the Russian leading truck maker with the assistance of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan for the fourth time already. For this period of time the PROFdvizhenie forum has become a new large-scale format in joint career guidance measures of the state and business, and every year it attracts participants from new and new regions. 200 delegates, including school graduates, students of higher and medium special institutions from 52 cities of Russia take part in the event this year. As the organizers note, the summer career guidance forum is meant to be an affinity group, a ground for students of Tatarstan's and Russia's secondary technical schools and higher educational institutions to fulfil their professional and creative potential. The mission of PROFdvizhenie is to form a youth 'field' united with a single spirit and goal, to make it possible to share knowledge, and also attract young people's attention to working, engineering and technical occupations, tell about their peculiarities and importance for the country's economy.
On the first day of the forum crews presented themselves, an introductory lecture on KAMAZ and a Team Building training were carried out. On the whole, the program of the six-day event includes tours of production facilities of the auto giant, communication with the workers and managers of the company, guest lectures of KAMAZ's top managers. The guys will have an opportunity to take part in vehicle assembly and solve real production tasks. Besides, workshops on professional and personal development, a meeting and a photo session with the legendary members of the KAMAZ-master team, a tour of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny with visits to the most beautiful and historically significant places, and also theme evening, cultural and recreational activities, quests and other events are scheduled on these days.
The forum is held at the premises of the Saulyk health complex the Zvyozdny summer camp and will last till August 26.
