KAMAZ PTC takes part in the X International industrial exhibition «Innoprom-2019», which opened today, July 8 in Yekaterinburg.
The program of the International exhibition, which will last for about four days, includes thematic forums on digitalization of production, industrial robotics, labor safety, state partnership in the field of robotics, environmental safety, as well as training of qualified personnel for the country's enterprises.
KAMAZ has been a regular participant of Innoprom for many years. Specialists of the company acquaint visitors of an exhibition with the latest achievements and developments in mechanical engineering. This year, the plenary sessions are attended by Ravil Khisamutdinov, Deputy Director for development of robotics production of KAMAZ PTC.
Within the framework of the thematic track «Industrial robotics» Ravil Hisamutdinov will make a report «Cooperation on the integration of robotic solutions: Europe Vs Asia». Asia is the leading region in terms of development and pace of implementation of robotic solutions. About 70% of the integration of industrial robots falls on Asian countries. Japan, South Korea and China have built a system of state support for the robotics industry. The experience of these countries and cooperation with them can help Russian companies in the development and implementation of robotic solutions. For example, participating in the creation of a roadmap on robotics and sensor technology within the framework of the Federal project «Digital technologies», KAMAZ engineers from the cross-Functional group on the development of the concept of robotics production used the experience of Asian countries.
In its exhibition area, the leader of the Russian freight engineering is a gas diesel truck tractor KAMAZ-5490 NEO. By substituting part of the diesel fuel with gas this car can save fuel up to 500 000 per year with the mileage 185 000 km. Car is equipped with engine Mercedes-Benz that can run both diesel and petrol modes. In the gas-diesel mode, the engine consumes both diesel and gas at the same time, while maintaining all the power characteristics of the engine, and reducing the consumption of diesel fuel.
In addition, the exhibition presents one of the most popular cars – truck KAMAZ-6580 with increased capacity of 25.5 tons. Instead of 13-ton, 16-ton drive axles are used. Powerful KAMAZ-6580 is designed for quarrying, transportation of ore, dumping sites, applications in the field of industrial and road construction. The frame of the car is made of high-strength steel. The rear balance suspension is designed in tandem with Hande drive axles with wheel reducers and inter-wheel differential lock for a total load of up to 32 tons.
