Managers and specialists of KAMAZ take part in the Republican educational forum "Personnel for the engineering industry in the digital economy", which today, April 5, takes place in Naberezhnye Chelny, on the basis of the V. D. Potashov Technical College.
The event was organized with the support of the Ministry of education of Tatarstan, KAMAZ PTC and the company's partner – KUKA Russia LLC. The forum is attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, First Deputy Director General of KAMAZ – Executive Director Yuri Gerasimov, Deputy Director General of KAMAZ for personnel management and organizational development Alexander Ushenin, head of the Department of Education and Youth Affairs of the Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny Viner Kharisov, heads of industrial enterprises of the country.
In the first half of the day, the plenary session discussed topical issues, including the training of professional personnel for the engineering industry in the conditions of accelerated development of modern technologies of automation and robotization of production. Alexander Ushenin, Deputy Director General for personnel management and organizational development, told about the experience of effective interaction between educational organizations and industrial production and the activities of the production and educational cluster in the machine-building sphere on the example of the Multifunctional center of applied qualifications of machine-building.
Ravil Khisamutdinov, Deputy Director for development of robotics production of KAMAZ PTC, took part in the practical seminar "Training of qualified professional personnel in the conditions of development of modern technologies in the field of automation and robotization of production". In discussion on training personnel for digital production, and effective models of interaction of vocational education with employers took part the Chairman of the Committee on development of production system KAMAZ Artem Gruzdev and the Director of the Department of personnel development of the company Svetlana Mikheeva.
The representative of the corporate University of KAMAZ PTC Liliya Mingalieva noted the richness of the forum program and the fact that this large-scale event is held to promote the educational environment in the adaptation of the training process to modern production requirements. "Today, when developing state educational standards, it is extremely important to take into account the requirements of modern production, professional standards and introduce them into the curricula of colleges and universities," – she said.
As part of the event, there was the opening of the laboratory "Industrial robotics", where students of the V.D. Potashov Technical College will study – future highly qualified personnel for the KAMAZ production. The new laboratory is equipped with robots of KUKA Russia firm.
At the end of the forum with the guest lecture will speak the Director of the Center for digital transformation KAMAZ Eldar Shavaliev. He will tell about the cars of the future, about how technology is changing the process of development and production of the car. The car today is not changing in individual elements, but as a complex system, in this regard, the requirements for the training of professional personnel for mechanical engineering are changing.
