KAMAZ became the winner of the XXI annual contest of annual reports in the nomination "For the best annual report of the company with capitalization up to 40 billion rubles". The award ceremony was held in Moscow.
The annual reports competition is one of the most important events of the year in the field of corporate governance and interaction with investors, a platform for the formation of standards for the presentation of business information and the company's development strategy for its shareholders, identifying current trends and best practices in terms of the content, structure and design of annual reports. Its purpose is to maintain a high level of openness of companies and promote effective disclosure of information for investors and customers.
This year, 122 companies, including foreign companies, took part in the competition, which contributes to the openness of companies operating in Russia and the formation of a high corporate culture. The jury consisted of 16 experts, including representatives of large investment funds, professional associations, public organizations and regulatory bodies, leading financial analysts, as well as specialists in corporate governance and communications. The contest was organized by the Moscow exchange and the RCB media group.
