25 May 2018

Yesterday, on May 24, KAMAZ PTC and Logistic company VESTA signed an agreement cooperation in vehicle deliveries at the 2018 Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum.

The document was signed by Sergey Afanasiev, KAMAZ PTC Deputy General Director for Sales and Service, and Kirill Vodin, Director General of OOO Vesta-Trans. The agreement is focused on the development of bilateral relations aimed at improvement of LC VESTA's transportation system.

Under the agreement, the international logistics group LC VESTA will continue purchasing gas-diesel KAMAZ-5490 NEO trucks. Thus, during 2018, KAMAZ Trade and Finance Company is to deliver 600 vehicles to the partner. The vehicles will be supplied by KAMAZ PTC's authorized dealer in Saint Petersburg – OOO Tekhnichesky Tsentr Vostok. Besides, at the request of the partner, services will be rendered as before in terms of after-sales service and repair of purchased vehicles at KAMAZ's authorized service centers.

The KAMAZ-5490 NEO vehicles to be delivered are dual-fuel, that is they run both on diesel and gas. The replacement of diesel fuel with gas in the ratio of 60/40 saves in all up to 500 thous. rubles a year with 200,000 km travelled by the vehicle, and also reduces hazardous emissions into the atmosphere.
