Experts of KAMAZ PTC (part of Rostec State Corporation) took part in the Spring 2017 Career Days Youth Forum held in Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev – KAI (KNRTU-KAI).
The large career fair where students have an opportunity to meet with representatives of large Russian companies and find job in their fields is held in the university twice a year. This year the forum gathered more than 50 enterprises of Moscow, Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny and other regions of Russia. "The whole Russia is represented here now. I hope employers will find the best experts, and students will find the best employers," Bulat Zinnurov, Prorector for Administrative Work and Affiliates of KNRTU-KAI, greeted the participants.
The Career Days were attended by Azat Ayupov, Chief of Department of Labour Migration and Cooperation with Employers of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. "The Tatarstan-2030 strategy states that the basic capital is human resources. These are students who are the capital of the future," he stressed having congratulated the participants on the opening of the fair and wished good work.
The experts of the largest Russian employer – KAMAZ PTC – took an active part in the forum. Dmitry Uldyakov, Consultant for Work with the Youth, presented the company and told about the structure of the enterprise and development areas. In his speech he noted that KAMAZ offered a good opportunity to apply knowledge received in the university and become a called-for specialist in the automobile industry of the new generation of engineers and technical experts.
Answering questions from students of the prestigious technical university of Russia, the company's representatives told about existing vacancies and HR policy of the auto giant, and also about social programs, prospects of professional growth, the PROFdvizhenie-2017 summer vocational guidance forum and other youth events.
