Naberezhnye Chelny will host the next, fifth Youth Forum PROFdvizhenie organized by KAMAZ PTC jointly with the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of Tatarstan.
The key topic of this year's forum to be held at the Saulyk recreation centre, on the territory of the Zvyozdny camp on August 20-25 is KAMAZ: Yesterday – Today – Tomorrow. Students of technical colleges and universities at the ages from 16 to 25 can take part in one of the largest KAMAZ career guidance events.
The forum will as usual give an opportunity to soak oneself in the life cycle of vehicle production and take on the role of a participant of this process, which is especially important for young people when they choose their future occupation or area of development. Acquiring and forming new competencies at the PROFdvizhenie, you can raise your value on the labour-market and use a realistic chance to see a large-scale production enterprise, new technologies, high-tech machines and equipment, and also modern approaches to manufacturing and workflow management from within.
The PROFdvizhenie-2018 program will consist of three units – educational, professional and creative. On the first day of the forum, the delegates will visit a guest lecture by Oleg Afanasiev, Head of Press Service of KAMAZ PTC and have an opportunity to ask questions about the company. Besides, the young people will meet with Tatarstan's government officials and KAMAZ's top managers at the official opening of the forum.
