KAMAZ HELD BOARD MEETING

On Monday, April 2, a regular board meeting of KAMAZ PTC chaired by Sergey Chemezov, Director General of Rostec State Corporation, took place in Moscow. A number of issues related to the company's activity was considered at the meeting.

The Board of Directors heard the preliminary results of execution of the 2017 Business Plan by KAMAZ Group. According to last year's performance, KAMAZ overfulfilled its business plan: the company sold 38.2 thous. KAMAZ trucks, which is by 11% more than in the previous year. They include 33 thous. vehicles sold on the Russian market – a 18% y-o-y growth. In 2017, more than 5 thous. KAMAZ vehicles and vehicle sets (CKD) were exported, including 3.6 thous. vehicles and CKD exported to the CIS countries. According to the RAS reports, KAMAZ increased its revenue to RUB 145 bn 217 mn with a 21% y-o-y growth. At the end of 2017, the company received more than three billion rubles of net profit, which is 2.5 as high as performance in 2016.

Besides, the board directors heard and took into consideration information on the implementation of the project titled Development of KAMAZ Lineup and Modernization of Premises for Its Production.

In conclusion, the members of the Board of Directors approved a plan of measures and a budget of the Internal Audit Service of KAMAZ PTC for 2018, and also the Plan of Development of the Corporate Management System of KAMAZ PTC.
