KAMAZ continues integrating enterprises of OAT Group which have recently merged with the auto giant: its experts conducted a training on the Compliance Basics in Tolyatti and Dimitrovgrad.

For four days, employees of the management company of the United Automotive Technologies holding, and also its enterprises based in Tolyatti and Dimitrovgrad have been taking part in lectures. Heads of departments and offices of the management company were the first to learn the principles and basics of activities of the KAMAZ compliance service. "Each company's success starts with employees – how they accept, respect and, most importantly, live by certain rules," emphasized Yelena Karimova, Deputy Head of Compliance Service of KAMAZ PTC. During an introductory lecture, she told about tools and procedures successfully realized at KAMAZ, which aroused the audience's great interest.

On the following day, managers of the extractive enterprise of OAT Group – RosAvtoPlast producing thermoplastic composites, and also the transportation company of the holding – OAT Kargo participated in the training. On the same day, educational materials were presented to workers of enterprises of the united Tolyatti site – VAZINTERSERVICE, Motor-Super, EVR. The third group of students included line experts of the management company. Like their colleagues, they studied the concept of compliance, successful practice of development of this area at the Russian machine-building enterprise.

On the finishing, fourth day, a training was held for managers and key specialists of the enterprises of the largest industrial site of OAT Group located in the city of Dimitrovgrad. The experts of the companies DAAZ, DZA, DAAZ Stamp, DZAL, DIZ, DZPM, Avtosvet studied compliance. "Our task today is to study procedures which are effectively used at KAMAZ. Using our great experience, it's necessary to bring the work of your plants to the most efficient performance," noted Elena Karimova addressing the workers of Dimitrovgrad's industrial site of OAT Group. As she noted, the KAMAZ colleagues are open to communication and discussion of proposals, and the KAMAZ Service of Compliance is ready to consider all types of information about actions which can damage the company's overall stability and development.
