KAMAZ Leasing Company announced that it had joined Russian Truck Tractor, Russian Farmer and My Business state subsidy programs.
Now the subsidy rate for leasing is higher by 2.5%: the volume of the first payment has increased fr om 10% to 12.5% of the cost of a vehicle with an established limit of 625 thousand rubles per unit of equipment (according to the Preferential Leasing program, the lim it is 500 thousand rubles). The right to receive a 12.5% discount under new government programs was received by buyers of long-haul tractors, agricultural commodity producers, and small- and medium-sized enterprises.
The corresponding Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation was published on July 11 of the current year. A week later a meeting was held with the members of the Government under the President of Russia where Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, officially announced the launch of the programs with account of new support measures.
It should be recalled that, under the terms of Preferential leasing by KAMAZ within the framework of state subsidies, a discount is granted for advance payment in the amount of 10% of the cost of purchased KAMAZ, NEFAZ or special vehicles on KAMAZ chassis. Lessees are highly interested in this program: about half of incoming calls and applications to the call center of KAMAZ Leasing Company concern state subsidizing of an advance payment provided by the Preferential Leasing program.
