In 2021, 729 organizational and technical measures were carried out, as a result, the working conditions of 15,809 employees were improved. 181.4 million rubles were allocated for these purposes.
160.6 million rubles were spent on the purchase of certified overall, special shoes and other personal protective equipment, washing, dry cleaning and repair of overall.
Total investments in labor protection last year amounted to 1.7 billion rubles, including 14.4 million rubles for training workers in labor protection.
In general, by the end of last year, the overall level of injuries in the company's divisions decreased by more than 30%. Most often, accidents occur due to violations of labor protection rules, organizational reasons are in second place, and the negligence of the victim is in third place. More often than others, machine operators and repair men were injured, and almost half of the victims had less than one year of work experience.
