NEFAZ SUMS UP RESULTS OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT PERFORMANCE

The results of implementation of obligations under the Collective Agreement for 2017 were summed up at a staff conference of NEFAZ PTC, KAMAZ's subsidiary in Bashkiria.

The results of the company's activity and fulfillment of the Collective Agreement were presented to the participants by Yuris Mukhametdinov, Deputy Director General for HRM, and Rozalia Mulakhmetova, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee.

In 2017, the volume of shipped products, goods and services made RUB 12 bn 193 mn. The business plan was fulfilled 107.6%, which is by 8% higher than in the same period of 2016. The net profit for 2017 exceeded RUB 44.35 mn. The average monthly wage for the accounting business period reached 31,733 rubles. During the year, wages were paid in time. To arrange free meals for workers and decision-making employees, RUB 90 mn were allocated.

The workers and pensioners of the plant received more than 825 thousand rubles for surgeries and one-time financial aid for family reasons. The workers received 281 health resort vouchers to the Metallurg sanatorium of Izhevsk, and their children received 266 vouchers to health centers of Bashkiria and Udmurtia. In total more than RUB 114.5 mn were allocated for social obligations under the Collective Agreement in 2017.

After the reports, the conference decided to accept the Collective Agreement between the employees and NEFAZ PTC as fulfilled in 2017.
