NEOLITE ZKW LIGHTINGS PVT. LTD (India) will share its assembly and technologies with Avtosvet LLC, a company of OAT Group, a part of the KAMAZ structure. The company’s best practices will be used in the output of new products for headlamp clusters and rear lamps for the LADA Vesta FL car.
In early October, the specialists of the partner company arrived at Avtosvet LLC to provide technical assistance in the launch of injection molding equipment and an assembly line for the production of headlamp clusters and external and internal rear lamps for the LADA Vesta FL car. An organizational meeting was held on the launch of the equipment and assembly line. Joint work was organized to mark the location of the assembly line equipment in accordance with the layout concept. Technological tasks were considered for the launch of the process at the production site of Avtosvet LLC. The employees of the two companies jointly unpacked, inspected and prepared the equipment for casting of lighting equipment. Now the representatives of the partner company are launching press dies on injection molding machines and debugging technological modes.
The development of new parts under the LADA Vesta FL project will show its results in November-December. After that, the process of production of LADA Vesta FL auto components is expected to be approved.
