A robotic installation for gluing rear lights of LADA Niva Travel cars has been put into operation by OSVAR PJSC, an enterprise of the United Automotive Technologies Group (OAT), which is part of the KAMAZ structure.
The company has installed and commissioned a new robotic installation intended for gluing LADA Niva Travel rear lights. The installation consists of a two-component adhesive feeding system and a collaborative robot safe for humans. All this is integrated into a single information space. Thus, an operator can control the installation from his working table. The personnel were trained to handle and maintain the equipment to ensure its error-free operation.
A pilot batch of rear lights has already been tested by the customer whose feedback is positive. The customer also proved that the technological process was without fails and ready for serial production.
