The dynamic show of vehicles based on an upgraded truck tractor KAMAZ-5490 NEO took place in the northern capital of Russia on the territory of Saint Petersburg Autodrome.
All drivers with an appropriate licence were given an opportunity to drive the new vehicles and ask the experts of KAMAZ (part of Rostec State Corporation) any questions. A KAMAZ-5490 NEO, a KAMAZ-5490 NEO with a NEFAZ semitrailer and a NEFAZ tank semitrailer, and also a KAMAZ-5490 NEO refrigerator took part in the dynamic show and a test drive.
The event in Saint Petersburg attracted many guests, many of them tested the new vehicles as drivers or passengers. The dynamic show of the trucks passed perfectly well, the upgraded KAMAZ-5490 version received positive feedback from would-be customers. In the nearest future the same test drives of vehicles based on KAMAZ-5490 NEO will be held in Moscow and Kazan.
The modernized version of the flagship of the line-up - the KAMAZ-5490 truck which has quickly gained great popularity - was placed on the market by the Russian automaker this spring. The vehicle was named KAMAZ-5490 NEO. Its designers took into account customers' wishes and created the truck tractor with better performance. In particular, the plant introduced a number of improvements into the vehicle design for enhanced efficiency, reliability and user-friendliness.
