The delegation of the largest Belarusian producer of automotive equipment, MAZ OJSC – the management company of the BELAVTOMAZ holding is on a two-day working visit at KAMAZ PTC.
The delegation included Deputy General Director of MAZ OJSC – the management company of the BELAVTOMAZ holding, Technical Director Alexander Kravchenko, Chief Designer for Automotive Equipment Pavel Shabanov, Deputy Chief Technologist Alexander Brovka, Deputy Head of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations for Export Vitaly Urbanaites.
During the introductory tour, the guests visited the engine plant, where they got acquainted with the work of the R6 engine cylinder block processing line, the R6 engine assembly line, and the axle assembly line. The delegation also visited ZF KAMA LLC and the company’s newest plant – the cabin frame plant. At the automobile plant, the group was shown the cab assembly line and the main assembly line.
The visit ended with a tour of the company's Scientific and Technical Center. Negotiations are currently taking place there with the participation of Deputy General Director of KAMAZ PTC – Development Director Irek Gumerov. During the business meeting, the parties are discussing the implementation of a joint program for the development and use of import-substituting standardized components, systems and materials.
