KAMAZ's experts took part in the X Educational Forum of Young Rationalizers and Inventors of the Republic of Tatarstan which has ended in Zelenodolsk this week.
The six-day forum held at the Mayak sports complex gathered experts from various industrial enterprises of the republic, including KAMAZ. The educational program included many workshops, various trainings, business games and communication sessions – discussions and round table meetings. The participants also visited the Pozis plant and Zelenodolsk plant named after A.M. Gorky.
The managers of patent services of Tatarstan enterprises and organizations shared their experience with young inventors and rationalizers at the forum. The participants of the meeting widely discussed mechanisms of the further development of rationalization and innovation in Tatarstan, and also raised issues of intellectual property. The young engineers of the Research and Development Center of KAMAZ Ruslan Maratkanov, Vyacheslav Petunin, and also experts of the engine plant Andrey Verezumsky, Nazim Gilyazov, Vasily Ivanov, Aynur Mirsaetov participated in discussions too. Thanks to this event, the participants raised their skill level and gained experience of rationalization and invention activities. "The forum left only positive impressions. Both trainings and cultural programs were organized at a high level. Everybody picked up much new and useful information which can be used in their professional activity in the future," told Ruslan Maratkanov. "Besides, they were impressed by industrial tours, a visit to Zelenodolsk plant named after A.M. Gorky turned out to be especially interesting. There we visited the company's historical museum, toured production shops wh ere we learned how modern ships and vessels for military and civil purposes are built."
After the trainings, all participants of the forum were handed certificates.
