Ten KAMAZ vehicles designed for transportation of oil and gas fittings are made against the order of OOO RN GRP - oilfield service company belonging to Rosneft. Vehicles to transport manifolds should feature high carrying capacity and off-road performance. These characteristics can be found in vehicles on KAMAZ-6522-RG chassis equipped with IM-240-3 manipulator cranes.
KAMAZ trucks were chosen among imported and Russian analogues because they have successfully been used in Yamal, in Yakutia, on Taymyr and in other northern and arctic regions of Russia. Special vehicles are developed and delivered by KAMAZ's official dealer – RIAT Plc.
