Meeting with Participants of WorldSkills Russia Took Place

As part of career guidance, Deputy Director General of KAMAZ (part of Rostec State Corporation) for HRM and Organizational Development Aleksandr Ushenin met with the participants of the fifth Young Professionals (WorldSkills Russia) National Competition. 

During the meeting Aleksandr Ushenin told that he had followed the championship in Krasnodar every day. "The level of these competitions is very high, this is actually a Russian championship among working occupations," he stressed. In their turn, the guys shared their impressions of the competitiion and told how they had prepared for this significant event and what tasks they had had to perform.   

As a result, student of College n.a. Potashov - an institution financed by KAMAZ - Sergey Chernyakov took first place in the championship in the category Maintenance of Trucks. Students of Naberezhnochelninsky Polytechnic College toot first place in the category Team Work at Production. Another participant of that meeting Ayzat Zinatullin became the best in the category Industrial Robotics. And Dilyara Nizamova, pupil of children's technopark Quantorium co-founded by KAMAZ took second place in the sphere of laser technologies.

After the meeting Aleksandr Ushenin handed gifts to all participants and invited them to work at KAMAZ. "Our company provides its partner educational institutions - colleges and technical schools of the city - with a great amount of units and aggregates, so that you could get knowledge in practice, and come to us after graduation and work in our company," noted Ushenin.
