On Friday, July 29, during a working visit to Yaroslavl Oblast, Russian Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Central Federal District Igor Shchegolev and Minister of Economic Development of the RF Maksim Reshetnikov attended Tutaev Motor Plant, a subsidiary of KAMAZ.
General Director of Tutaev Motor Plant PTC Vitaly Gribanov welcomed the guests in a shop of engine details and gearbox. The top manager told about investment projects implemented at Tutaev Motor Plant. They are to renew a stock of details machining equipment, to modernize the main product – diesel engines for Kirovets tractors, to output new products – vehicle winches. Besides, the enterprise takes on the task of updating the infrastructure. The company’s activity and development outlook were discussed with participation of First Deputy General Director of KAMAZ PTC – Executive Director Yury Gerasimov and Interim Governor of Yaroslavl Oblast Mikhail Evraev.
After the tour of Tutaev Motor Plant, Igor Shchegolev and Maksim Reshetnikov took part in a meeting of the Investment Council of the Central Federal District where they discussed measures to support manufacturers, demand for Russian-made goods, avail of new opportunities opened up by investment projects implemented under sanctions.
