A big group of bloggers fr om different regions of Russia visited KAMAZ.

A blog tour organized on the initiative of KAMAZ's Press Service gathered bloggers fr om Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Perm, Astrakhan, Makhachkala, Samara and other Russian cities. For four days of their stay in Naberezhnye Chelny, they not only managed to see almost all stages of the production of modern KAMAZ trucks, but also to personally test some of them. The hard-driving program included tours of the foundry, forge plant, press and stamping plant, automobile plant, and also the engine plant and a new cab frame production plant. Besides, the guests visited ZF KAMA Joint Venture wh ere transmissions for trucks are assembled, and CHELNYVODOKANAL – KAMAZ's subsidiary. They also met with representatives of different subdivisions of the auto giant, including Oleg Afanasiev, Head of KAMAZ Press Service, who answered the bloggers' questions.

It is noteworthy that the bloggers had a unique opportunity to listen to a concert of the Mariinsky Theatre Orchestra under the baton of Valery Gergiev at the automobile plant. "I've been living in Saint Petersburg for six years, I regularly go to the Mariinsky Theatre, but this is the first time I saw Gergiev on stage. And wh ere? – in a KAMAZ shop! This is an incredible, fantastic gift of fate!", shares her impressions of the blog tour Anna Gornostaeva. A KAMAZ-Arktika new cross-country vehicle which was shown to the bloggers on the territory of the KAMAZ Research and Development Center elicited many enthusiastic responses. "KAMAZ-Arktika is a real off-roader! It will run and swim everywhere! I sat in it, touched it, and I liked everything. The cab is habitable, with all the modern amenities, in general, it's just a fantasy, not a mere truck. For our roads!", describes his feelings blogger Shamil Amirov from Makhachkala. At the end of the visit, a test drive of KAMAZ-5490 Neo, -65801, -65802, -65208, -65209 took place on the testing track of the automobile plant. "I drove a KAMAZ. Very cool, nothing to do with a car. I'm grateful to the organizers of the blog-tour at KAMAZ for incredible emotions on these four days", that's what Dmitry Kondratyev from Novosibirsk wrote.

It is noteworthy that KAMAZ is one of the first Russian auto makers which started to work with top bloggers and authors of popular YouTube channels. For more than six years, the company has been regularly organizing various press tours at the company's plants, and also test drives of new KAMAZ trucks for bloggers and online media. Ahead are new meetings!
