The Youth Forum of KAMAZ PTC took place on the territory of the Saulyk health complex.
The Forum organized as a measure of implementation and promotion of the youth policy at enterprises of the auto giant was attended by more than 80 employees of KAMAZ aged under 35. This year, it has been held to help young leaders develop management skills and involve them in solving production problems of assuring the high quality of production processes. Another peculiarity of this year is enrollment of workers with a short employment history at KAMAZ. According to the organizers, exactly these guys take a fresh look at production processes, and exactly they will soon join the pool of middle managers.
"Every year we try to invite the guests from remote subsidiaries of KAMAZ to the forum," noted one of the organizers, Youth Consultant Dmitry Uldyakov. "Whereas last year there were Kazakh participants from AO KAMAZ-Inzhiniring, Kazakh-Russian Joint Venture in the city of Kokshetau, this time guys from Тutaеv Motor Plant have arrived at the forum. Aydar Nurislamov from NEFAZ was among the participants of last year's forum, and this year he has already joined the organizational committee and became a crew manager. This is a good experience. I think we'll continue this tradition."
Within the frameworks of the forum, a number of events for professional and personal development, various trainings and group exercises were held. For example, an educational module included workshops on the basics of building high-quality production processes and practicing the basic communication methods. Anton Saraykin, Director of the Quality Department, told the guys about KAMAZ's development strategy and building of high-quality production and cross-functional processes.
The forum was organized in such a way that the participants could receive necessary knowledge and competence for writing and defending their projects to solve tasks offered by the organizers. The forum was crowned with an award ceremony. All participants received certificates, and winners were awarded with diplomas and commemorative prizes.
