KAMAZ became a diploma winner of the Russian Quality Program and was given the right to use the nationwide similarly-named sign for product labeling.
The Russian Quality Program is implemented to raise competitive capacity of goods, as well as saturate the Russian consumer market with high-grade goods. Under the Program, products of KAMAZ PTC and conditions of production were assessed by experts. The quality of KAMAZ trucks was assessed as the best and recognized as competitive on the Russian and foreign markets.
The Russian Quality sign can be marked down on products or package, in places noticeable for customers. Besides, it is recommended to use the sign in technical passports and descriptions, manuals, advertising booklets and commercials, in printed editions (newspapers, magazines, catalogues), in presentations of exhibits at exhibitions and fairs. The right to use the Russian Quality logo is considered to be a weighty argument for gaining customers' trust.
