18 January 2018

Another group of young managers and succession pool members of KAMAZ PTC's subdivisions completed a course at Management School.

The Management School course was launched at KAMAZ's Corporate University in 2012. For five years, it graduated 94 people, including the new group. It included 22 people chosen of 200 candidates. First of all, succession pool members and newly appointed managers were considered as the candidates.

All KAMAZ employees successfully underwent the on-the-job training. For six months, they studied 35 topics. Most of classes were held as trainings, together with the colleagues the trainees discussed problems of planning, organization and control, team work methods, communication with personnel, methods of information sharing with staff, etc. The training was focused on practice: the knowledge received in the training was applied in the work. Under the guidance of the coaches, the students did their practical homework. Everybody successfully defended a project devoted to optimization of business processes and solved the case Manager and Staff.

The students' bosses noticed their professional growth. The managers were unanimous: the students more often share their interesting ideas, cope with difficult tasks.

Diplomas on professional training were handed to the graduates by Aleksandr Ushenin, Deputy Director General of KAMAZ PTC for HRM and Organizational Development and Denis Zaikin, Rector of the Corporate Training Center of the automobile giant – Regional Institute of Advanced Technologies and Business. "You have successfully coped with the exams and proved that we can rely on you!" said Aleksandr Ushenin.

The diploma award ceremony won't put an end to the training: KAMAZ's Corporate University will continue controlling the students implementing their projects and working their way up the career ladder.
